American Tower joins CFO East Africa as corporate member

As part of its corporate membership, ATC, which powers mobile connectivity across Africa, brings its senior finance team into the community.

American Tower Corporation (ATC) Kenya has joined CFO East Africa as a corporate member, with CFO Kevin Muregi gaining access to the community's events and networks, alongside Mark Ngunjiri, group financial manager, and Japheth Muthini, financial accountant.

They will attend CFO summits across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda, as well as affiliated events in South Africa, including CFO Day, Executive Day and the Finance Indaba.

The package also includes print editions of CFO East Africa and CFO South Africa magazines, certificates for up to 56 hours of verifiable CPD, and invitations to the annual CFO Awards in both regions.

American Tower Corporation is one of the largest global real estate investment trusts and a leading independent owner, operator and developer of multitenant communications infrastructure. Listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the company operates a portfolio of approximately 222,000 communications sites across 20 countries in the Americas, Europe and Africa. It established its presence in Africa in 2011 and today operates over 22,000 tower sites across Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, South Africa, Burkina Faso and Niger.
