Kioo financial controller Dipen Patel has been nominated for the 2025 CFO Awards

Kioo financial controller Dipen Patel is the latest addition to the list of nominees for the 2025 CFO Awards for East Africa.

The CFO Awards for East Africa highlight outstanding financial leadership, innovation, and strategic management, honouring those who have made significant contributions to their organisations and the broader business community.

Winners will be celebrated at a glamorous gala dinner in Nairobi on 27 November 2025 that will bring together top CFOs, VIPs and business partners for an exquisite evening of networking, entertainment and fine cuisine.

Dipen Patel has served as the financial controller of Tanzanian glass manufacturer Kioo since May 2016.

He is responsible for the finance function at the company’s container glass plant in Dar es Salaam. Before joining Kioo, he was the managing director of Innovative International, a company he co-founded, from June 2013 to May 2016.

He holds a certified public accountant (CPA-T) qualification from the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).
