Safaricom signs up for CFO East Africa corporate membership

The membership provides premium professional development access for the telecommunications giant's finance leadership and strengthens connections with the region's finance community.

Safaricom has taken up a CFO East Africa corporate membership.

With the membership, the company's CFO Dilip Pal, together with group financial controller Samuel Munyua and head of FP&A and IR Caroline Wambugu, will now receive invitations to all CFO East Africa Summits across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. They will also gain VIP access to affiliated events in South Africa, including CFO Day, Executive Day and the Finance Indaba.

The team will also receive every issue of CFO East Africa and CFO South Africa Magazines delivered directly to them.

Additionally, they will benefit from CFO East Africa certificates recognising up to 56 hours of verifiable continuous professional development (CPD) and invitations to attend the annual CFO Awards ceremonies in both East and South Africa.

Corporate membership is open to CFOs seeking to support CFO East Africa’s vision while extending professional development benefits to their senior finance leadership at an annual investment of $1,950.
