Meet CFO East Africa senior writer Muriel Adhiambo

Muriel joins community manager KC Rottok Chesaina in developing the CFO East Africa community as it cements its role in Kenya and expands its reach in Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda.

She has strong experience in both broadcast and print journalism and holds a postgraduate diploma in mass communication from the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication (KIMC). Muriel also holds a bachelor of laws from the University of Nairobi, and practised as a litigator before following her passion for writing. She has worked in both print and broadcast journalism at leading media houses in Kenya.

“I am excited about joining the CFO East Africa Team. I am passionate about impactful storytelling, and the community’s commitment to empowering finance executives through networking and knowledge-sharing resonates deeply with me. I look forward to leveraging my experience and passion in creating insightful content that illuminates emerging issues of concern to finance executives within the East African region and positions CFO East Africa as a key resource,” Muriel said.
