Hosea Kiprop is the group CFO of AAR Insurance Group.

He began his career as an assistant accountant at Cellular Service Logistics in 2004. In 2005, he joined Xllent Technologies as an accountant and served in the role until 2006, when he became a credit officer at Transnational Bank. He transitioned to AAR Group Care as a financial accountant in 2007 and was later appointed as a management accountant in 2009.

In 2011, Hosea served briefly as financial controller at AAR Health Services Uganda, then joined Kenya Airways as senior management accountant for reporting and budgeting. He was named regional financial controller at AAR Insurance Holdings in 2013 and rose through the ranks to become general manager of finance in 2018, principal officer in 2022, and group CFO in 2023.

Hosea holds a BA in Economics from the University of Nairobi and an MBA from Kenyatta University. He is a certified public accountant (CPA), certified public secretary (CPS) and a fellow of the Life Management Institute.
