Justin Mollel is the group CFO at EABL.

He began his career at Serengeti Breweries in Tanzania, where he rose through a series of finance roles over seven years. He joined as financial controller in July 2015, later taking on combined responsibility for commercial finance before stepping up as acting finance director in early 2018. He was confirmed as finance director in May of that year, a position he held until February 2022.

He then moved to Accra as finance and strategy director at Guinness Ghana Breweries, serving from March 2022 to July 2024. He subsequently took up the role of finance director at Diageo Ireland in August 2024, based in Dublin.

Justin holds an MBA and a BCom in accounting, both from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is a certified public accountant and a registered member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) of Tanzania.
