Lilian Budandi is the finance director of Ishara Towers Rwanda.
Until October 2025, she was the finance director at IHS Towers before its acquisition and renaming to Ishara Towers. She joined the company as part of the founding team in July 2014, serving as the finance manager for two years. Lilian began her career as an assistant finance manager at Delta Petroleum (now Galana Energies) in April 2008 before transitioning to PKF international, where she worked as a senior tax analyst from June 2010 to June 2014.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in business management with a finance major and is a certified public accountant. She also holds an MSc in finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and is currently pursuing an executive MBA.
