Manish Ranjan

Manish Ranjan is the head of finance at ALAF Tanzania (SAFAL Group).

He took up the role in August 2021 after serving as finance head at Ethiopian Steel , another SAFAL Group subsidiary, from April 2016 to August 2021. Before that, he was general manager for projects and finance at Sunflag Group Kenya between June 2011 and March 2016. From June 2010 to May 2011, he worked as senior manager for finance at Sunflag Iron & Steel after holding a series of finance roles at Punj Lloyd, Ballarpur Industries, and Challenge Manufacturing between 2003 and 2010.

Manish is a chartered accountant and a cost accountant with certifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He also holds a degree in economics from Lalit Narayan Mithila University.
