Msonga Msigala is the financial controller and head of finance at Sika Tanzania, a role he has held since 2018. 

He began his career in 2011 as an accounts officer at Banc ABC, where he worked in the finance department for over a year. In 2012, he joined Japan Tobacco International (JTI) as a financial analyst, serving  for three years before taking on a similar position at the Capital Markets and Securities Authority (CMSA). He was promoted to acting finance manager in 2017.

Msonga then joined Sika as financial controller and head of finance, where he continues to lead the finance function.

He holds a BCom in accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam and is both a chartered financial analyst (CFA) and a certified public accountant (CPA-T).
