Om Prakash

Om Prakash is the chief financial officer at Uganda Baati .

He spent over 18 years at RAK Ceramics, joining the group as a management trainee in the UAE in 2001 before moving to RAK Ceramics Bangladesh as chief accountant and later finance manager. He subsequently joined RAK Ceramics India as finance controller in December 2007 and was appointed CFO in September 2013, a position he held until moving to Uganda Baati.

In addition to his executive roles, Om has served on the boards of several ceramics businesses, including Gryphon Ceramics, Gris Ceramic, Ceramin India, Totus Ceramics India, and KLUDI India.

He is a fellow chartered accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a chartered accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and a certified public accountant (CPA) in the United States.
