Randa Rugangazi is the head of finance at Irembo.
He was promoted to the role in January 2024 after serving as senior finance manager for one year. Since 2021, he has also been a co-founding member of Business Angels Rwanda, a network of local investors backing early-stage, tech-enabled ventures led by Rwandan founders. Before joining Irembo, Randa was a financial analyst at HQ Power from 2018 to 2023, where he managed project financing models and reporting for a major energy infrastructure project.
He began his career in audit a as an intern at PwC in Boston before proceeding to PwC Rwanda, where he progressed from assurance associate to senior audit associate between 2013 and 2018.
Randa holds a Bachelor of business administration in accounting from Bryant University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
