Risper Ouso is the head of finance and operations at Jacaranda Health.

She began her career in 2008 as an accounts clerk at the Kenya Judicial Service Commission. She later held accounting and finance roles across the manufacturing, hospitality, and services sectors before transitioning into non profit and social enterprise finance. Her career includes roles at Impact Water, where she was responsible for finance and administrative management, as well as earlier positions as an accountant and chief accountant in the private sector.

Risper joined Jacaranda Health in 2020 as a finance coordinator. She subsequently took on the role of finance and operations manager before being appointed head of finance and operations in March 2022. 

She holds a Bachelor of Business Management in finance and banking from Moi University and is a certified public accountant. She also holds a master’s degree in tax administration from the Kenya School of Revenue Administration.
