Shereena Wilson

Shereena Wilson is the founder and chief financial and value officer of Fintech Forensics.

She also serves as a management consultant at Toptal. Her professional journey began in 2007 when she worked as a technical team lead at NT Global Solutions in India. She later joined Nambiar Associates in Kigali as an IT specialist and audit junior, before moving to Mubima SARL as a software developer.

Her shift into finance leadership gained momentum when she became fractional head of finance and analytics at NTGlobal FZE, later taking on the role of director for risk management and specialised audits at Grant Thornton Rwanda. She subsequently served as chief financial officer at Sawmill East Africa and then at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, where she also oversaw HR and IT.

Alongside these roles, she built a global fractional CFO practice through Upwork and later served as virtual CFO for Apartment Queen Investments. Her portfolio widened further through membership with Fractionals United and service as fractional chief finance officer with Chiefly and Co.
