Theogene Maniragaba is the chief finance officer at Crystal Ventures .

Theogene then served as director of finance at Silent Ocean and chief finance officer at Angle Contracting & Trading before joining NPD as finance director in 2019. He assumed his current position at Crystal Ventures in March 2024.
Theogene holds a Bachelor of business administration in accounting from KIST, School of Finance and Banking and is a certified public accountant.
