Theogene Maniragaba is the chief finance officer at Crystal Ventures .

He began his career as an audit senior at Ernst & Young (EY) in 2008. In 2009, he joined Rwanda Investment Group (RIG) as a group internal auditor, later being promoted to chief financial officer at both RIG and Rwanda Energy Company in 2012, a dual role he held for nearly six years. Theogene then served as director of finance at Silent Ocean and chief finance officer at Angle Contracting & Trading before joining NPD as finance director in 2019. He assumed his current position at Crystal Ventures in March 2024.

Theogene holds a Bachelor of business administration in accounting from KIST, School of Finance and Banking and is a certified public accountant.
