Toussaint Maniriho is the chief financial officer at Rwanda Space Agency, a role he assumed in May 2025. 

He began his professional journey in April 2012 with an internship at the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry. In December 2013, he became the financial controller at House of Law Rwanda – Maison de Droit.

He later held a short tenure as a senior tax accountant at Kasha in January 2016, where he managed internal controls, coordinated audits, handled payroll, and ensured tax compliance and reporting.

From April 2016 to November 2020, he served as finance manager at Babyl Rwanda, a subsidiary of Babylon Health in the UK. In this role, he developed financial model analysis to secure a 10-year contract with the government of Rwanda and oversaw its operational implementation, collaborating closely with both local and UK teams.

In November 2020, he was appointed chief finance and administration officer at the National Cyber Security Authority, where he served for nearly five years.

Toussaint is certified in financial accounting by the Corporate Finance Institute in Vancouver, Canada, and is also a certified public finance management accountant. He holds a Master's in administration and business from Mount Kenya University in Kenya
