Anita's nomination recognises her track record of financial leadership across Rwanda's private sector.
Admaius Capital Partners group CFO Anita Kagenza has been nominated for the 2026 CFO Awards, joining a distinguished group of finance leaders competing for the region's most coveted accolades in finance leadership.
Anita has served as group CFO at Admaius Capital Partners since March 2024. Prior to that, she spent close to 16 years at Crystal Ventures, where she rose from senior accountant to CFO.
She joined Crystal Ventures in July 2008, was promoted to director of finance in January 2016, and appointed CFO in September 2019. Earlier in her career, she worked as an accountant at Inyange Industries from April 2006 to June 2008.
Anita holds a BCom in Accounting from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
Dubbed the "Oscars of Finance" in the region, the CFO East Africa Awards continues to celebrate leaders who raise the bar for financial leadership across East Africa.
The 2026 nominees will be celebrated at a gala event on 26 November, where winners will be announced.
