She has over eight years of advisory, audit and international tax experience across East Africa.
Chelsea Aming’a has taken on the role of head of finance at Souk Farms, a high-growth agri-enterprise operating across multiple farms and revenue streams in Rwanda.
She joins from PwC Rwanda, where she most recently served as assistant manager in the tax and investment advisory practice, having progressed through the ranks from senior assurance associate.
Chelsea brings more than eight years of experience spanning audit, tax compliance and strategic financial leadership across East Africa. Her career began in Kenya, where she held roles at Mawji Sennik and Company, Mbaya and Associates and Moore JVB LLP, building a strong foundation in audit, due diligence and tax advisory across commercial and financial services clients. She also served briefly as a bancassurance specialist at Diamond Trust Bank before transitioning fully into practice.
In her new role at Souk Farms, Chelsea steer's the company's financial management, planning and governance.
She holds a Bachelor of economics and finance from Kenyatta University and is a certified public accountant (CPA-K).
