Pearl Bank Uganda joins CFO East Africa as corporate member

The century-old government-owned bank is redefining mass-market banking in Uganda.

Pearl Bank Uganda has joined CFO East Africa as a corporate member, with CFO Peter Ssenyange gaining full access to the community's events and networks, alongside finance executives Andrew Lutalo and Barbrah Nyamahunge.

They will attend CFO summits across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda, as well as affiliated events in South Africa, including CFO Day, Executive Day and the Finance Indaba.

The package also includes print editions of CFO East Africa and CFO South Africa magazines, certificates for up to 56 hours of verifiable CPD, and invitations to the annual CFO Awards in both regions.

Formerly known as PostBank Uganda, Pearl Bank Uganda is a government-owned commercial bank licensed and supervised by the Bank of Uganda. The bank, whose history dates back to 1926, serves individuals, SMEs and agricultural businesses across Uganda, with a focus on mass-market financial inclusion. 

Corporate membership is available to CFOs who would like to support the community's activities while extending growth benefits to their senior finance team members at an annual investment of $1,950.
