Titus has served as the CFO of Ecobank Rwanda since April 2011.
Ecobank Rwanda CFO Titus Langat has been nominated for the inaugural CFO Awards for East Africa.
The awards highlight outstanding financial leadership, innovation and strategic management, honouring those who have made significant contributions to their organisations and the broader business community.
Winners will be celebrated at a glamorous gala dinner in Nairobi on 27 November 2025 that will bring together top CFOs, VIPs and business partners for an exquisite evening of networking, entertainment and fine cuisine.
Titus began his career in 2005 as an accounts payables officer at KCB Bank Group in Nairobi. From 2006 to 2008, he worked as an accountant at Transnational Bank (now Access Bank Kenya ), where he was part of the treasury and finance operations back office team. He joined Equity Bank in 2008 as an accountant, preparing internal reports for management and submitting regulatory filings to the Central Bank of Kenya.
In 2009, he briefly worked at Mater Misericordiae Hospital as a senior financial accountant, before joining Ecobank Kenya as a senior financial officer.
Titus holds a BSc in statistics from the University of Nairobi and is a certified public accountant. He is pursuing an MBA at Heriot-Watt University.
