Andrew Muhangi is the head of finance at BAT Uganda.
He joined BAT in August 2018 as assistant corporate finance manager in Uganda, before serving as country finance manager at BAT Rwanda from September 2021 to February 2024 and corporate finance manager for the Horn of Africa from March 2024 to June 2025, based in Nairobi. Prior to BAT, he held roles at Parker Randall Eastern Africa, TPO Uganda, and RSM Eastern Africa, where he worked as an auditor across NGO, finance, health, and manufacturing sectors.
Andrew holds an MBA in finance and accounting and a Bcom in accounting, both from Makerere University. He is a certified public accountant (CPA).
