Deusdedith Mulindwa is the chief finance officer at DTB Tanzania.

He began his career as a junior auditor at KPMG East Africa in 2010, progressing to senior auditor specializing in financial institutions. During his tenure at KPMG, he also provided advisory services in mergers and acquisitions as well as forensic investigation services. In April 2015, Deusdedith joined BRAC Tanzania Finance , BRAC Maendeleo Tanzania and BRAC Zanzibar as head of finance, where he led a team of 200 accountants across 25 regions. He later served as director of finance at FINCA Microfinance Bank and DCB Commercial Bank before joining DTB Tanzania in August 2024.

Deusdedith holds a BCom in accounting and an MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is a certified public accountant registered by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
