Esther Ndeto is the CFO of Marula Mining.
She began her career as a senior audit clerk at Inayat Bhaiji before joining Grain Bulk Handlers Limited as a payroll accountant. In November 2011, she moved to Alios Finance as chief accountant, spending seven years directing finance operations across Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia.
In November 2018, she joined Kenya Pooled Water Fund as finance manager, leading board-level financial reporting for a fund focused on improving creditworthiness of water service providers. In August 2021, she moved to IMFact as finance manager, steering capital raising for a regional SME-focused investment fund and managing $20M+ in annual budgets.
Esther holds a BCom in accounting from Africa Nazarene University and an MBA in fintech and blockchain from Nexford University. She is a certified public accountant (CPA-K).
