He assumed the role in December 2025 after nearly two years as the CFO.
Before that, Eugine had served as CFO at Old Mutual Kenya for a two-year stint. Prior to joining the insurance industry, he served in various capacities at PwC, including a two-year secondment as manager at PwC UK between 2014 and 2016.
Eugine holds an ACCA certification, a bachelor’s degree in electronic and computer engineering from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and an MSc in professional accountancy from the University of London.
