Joseph Sitati is the CFO of Harley's.
He began his career as an audit associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent nearly five years before joining GlaxoSmithKline as finance planning and analysis manager. He then moved to Shell & BP Kenya Limited as finance manager.
In 2006, Joseph joined Old Mutual Group as group finance and planning manager, overseeing six companies within the group. He then spent nearly five years at Coca-Cola Central East and West Africa as commercial finance manager, serving as finance liaison to operations and marketing within a division spanning 30 countries.
Joseph joined Deacons East Africa as chief finance and administration officer in 2013, providing financial leadership and oversight across the retail group's operations in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda. He later served as group chief financial officer at Abacus Pharma (A) in Kampala.
He went on to serve as head of finance at Mastermind Tobacco (K) and subsequently as director of finance at Simbisa Brands Kenya before taking up his current role at Harley's in June 2024.
Joseph holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nairobi and his ACCA from Strathmore College of Accountancy. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
