Kevin Nyakeri is the group chief financial officer of ICEA LION Group.
He began his career at Ernst & Young (EY), where he spent four years as a senior audit associate working across financial services clients including banks, insurance companies, and asset managers. He then moved on to First Chartered Securities as group internal auditor.
Kevin joined ICEA LION Group in April 2012 as head of audit, a role he held for nearly eight years. He transitioned to the role of chief financial officer in January 2020.
He holds a BCom in finance from the University of Nairobi. He is a certified public accountant (CPA-K) and holds the Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) designation.
