Maneno Daudi Mpagama is the chief financial officer of WiA Company, having taken up the role in March 2025.
He began his career in 2006 at Stanbic Bank Tanzania as deputy head of finance, a role he held for six years. In May 2012, he joined TechnoServe as financial controller, overseeing compliance, operations, and financial reporting for four years. He transitioned to M-KOPA Solar as head of finance in June 2016 before being appointed as CFO at FINCA Microfinance Bank Tanzania in June 2017. He remained there for five years, later joining Letshego Tanzania (Faidika) as head of finance from May 2019 to June 2022. He served as the CFO of Y9 Microfinance from June 2022 to March 2025.
Maneno holds a bachelor of commerce in accounting and an MBA in accounting and business management from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is also a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and an associate certified public accountant (ACPA) under the National Board of Accountants and Auditors in Tanzania.
