Pius Ngira is the financial controller at CCPL, a position he has held since March 2025.
Before joining CCPL, Pius spent close to two and a half years at the SF Group of Companies . He joined Radiance Finance, the group's microfinance subsidiary, as finance manager in November 2022 and moved to the parent company as chief accountant in August 2024.
He previously built his career in the development sector. Pius served as regional accountant for the Association of Private Health Facilities in Tanzania in Njombe from March 2021, and before that as program accountant at the Integrated Rural Development Organization in Songwe, where he supported the financial management of the USAID Kizazi Kipya project.
Pius began his career in 2015 as a trade officer at Babati District Council. He went on to hold accounting roles at LAPF Pensions Fund and DWORKS Company.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Mzumbe University and a Master's degree in finance and investment. Pius is an associate certified public accountant.
