Relief Mtenga is the finance director at Deloitte Consulting Tanzania.

Relief began her career at GeoData Consultants as an accountant in 2011. She later joined Maktech Telecommunications, where she worked as senior accountant before being promoted to finance and administration manager from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, she moved to Population Services International as a financial analyst and later became programme manager for budgeting and financial analysis. Between 2018 and 2019, she undertook regional assignments in Malawi and South Sudan, supporting financial reporting, expenditure verification, and project closeout procedures for DFID and initiatives funded by Global Fund.
She holds an MBA from UNICAF, a BCom in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam, and is a certified public accountant.
