He is highly experienced in the financial services sector, having started his career at Barclays Bank Uganda.
Ronald thereafter joined Stanbic Bank as a financial reporting manager and worked his way up to the ranks to take on his current role.
He is a certified coach and professional accountant with an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a BCom from Makerere University.
