Stivin Augustino Mwanjibili is the chief financial officer at Bank of Africa Tanzania.

He began his career as an auditor at KPMG Tanzania in 2012, spending four years auditing institutions in the financial services sector. In 2016, he joined Stanbic Bank, where he started as a global markets product controller manager before moving into the corporate and investment bank as finance manager in 2018, a role he held until 2024.

In March 2024, he joined Absa Bank Tanzania as head of business performance and analytics, applying data and technology to drive strategic insights across the bank's operations. He was appointed chief financial officer at Bank of Africa Tanzania in March 2026.

Stivin holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is a certified chartered accountant (ACCA) and holds a CPA(T) certification from the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) of Tanzania.
