East Africa's largest pension funds brings a senior cross-functional leadership team into CFO East Africa as NSSF Uganda signs up as a corporate member.
NSSF Uganda has joined CFO East Africa as a corporate member, with CFO Stevens Mwanje gaining full access to the community's events, insights and networks, alongside Conrad Mbaziira, financial controller, William Kayondo, budget and reporting, Milton Owor, chief procurement officer, and Benoni Katende, chief technology officer.
The executives will attend CFO summits across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda, as well as affiliated events in South Africa, including CFO Day, Executive Day and the Finance Indaba.
The package also includes print editions of CFO East Africa and CFO South Africa magazines, certificates for up to 56 hours of verifiable CPD, and invitations to the annual CFO Awards in both regions.
Established in 1985, the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Uganda is a government-mandated provident fund providing social security services to private sector employees across Uganda. With total assets exceeding UGX 26 trillion, it is the largest pension fund in the East African Community.
