Dr. Daniel Murage Kinyua is the group chief financial officer of Madison Group.
He began his career as an audit assistant at KPMG East Africa before moving to PwC Kenya. He joined Airtel Kenya as a business analyst in 2011, then spent eight and a half years at NCBA Group as digital bank CFO and later general manager for finance and strategic planning, where he led the financial growth of the group's digital lending products including M-Shwari, Fuliza and MoKash. He served as chief financial officer of UBA Kenya from July 2021 before taking up his current role at Madison Group in August 2023.
Daniel holds a BSc in civil engineering from the University of Nairobi, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Athena Global Education. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a certified public accountant (CPA-K).
