Dunstan Ayodele Stober is the acting chief finance officer of MTN Rwanda.

He took on the role in September 2024 after serving as acting CEO of MTN Afghanistan for one year and CFO for six years. Before joining MTN Group, he was the financial planning and reporting director at Ooredoo Myanmar, where he was responsible for strategy, decision support, performance, cost, and cash management, and reporting for business efficiency. Dunstan began his career as a trainee accountant at KMPG Freetown in Sierra Leone in 1996, finishing off as an audit senior in 2022 before going into the telco industry. Over his 29-year career, he has held several roles at telecommunications companies including Celtel, Zain Kenya, Cell C Pty, and Vodacom Tanzania.

Dunstan holds a postgraduate diploma from the University of Wales, an ACA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and a technical diploma in accounting from the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) in Sierra Leone.
