Risper Genga Ohaga is the CEO of APA Apollo Group.
She took on the role after serving as the chief financial officer of East African Breweries (EABL), starting February 2020.
She is an experienced finance professional who holds non executive director roles at I&M Bank and APA Insurance as well.
Prior to joining EABL, Risper was the chief finance officer for Barclays Bank Zambia. She joined Barclays in 2008 as a regional director for internal audit, before moving on to director for Africa in November 2011, after which she took on the role of managing director for Africa RBB. Risper holds a BCom in accounting from the University of Nairobi and became a certified public accountant in 1993.
