Frederick Nshekanabo is the chief financial officer of CRDB Bank.
He began his career at CRDB in 1999 as a bank officer at the Vijana branch in Dar es Salaam before moving into the finance department at the bank’s headquarters as an accountant (grade I in 2000). By 2003, he had risen to manager of the finance help desk, a role he held for nearly a decade before being appointed as director of finance in 2012. In July 2019, he was promoted to CFO.
Frederick holds an MSc in finance from the University of Strathclyde and an advanced diploma in accounting from the Institute of Finance Management in Dar es Salaam. He is a certified public accountant (CPA-T).
